Productivity and Efficiency Tools and Best Practices

This course is focused on different strategies and tools that can be implemented to improve a business’ productivity and efficiency. It includes a demo and case study of a solar company and how they used workflow tools to avoid operational delays and backlogs.

In this course you will also learn about essential skills to boost your employability such as Interpersonal Communication, Negotiation, Conflict Management, and also Diversity, Equity and Belonging at the workplace.

This course also includes different examples of productivity and efficiency tools for lead generation, sales funnelling, project management, customer management and retention. This also encourages the participants to share some practices, tips or "hacks" that they apply in their businesses. This course will teach you how to:

• Explore different tools to help you become more efficient
• Share to other peers about the different practices you have learned through your experience

This course is part of the Solar Technical and Business Expert training pathway. Before you enrol in this course, you should complete the Customer Service course. There is no fee to enrol in this course.
